Why these numbers are here at all
Most vendors in this market answer price on request. We publish, and we make the publication impossible to drift.
The list on this page and the list our invoices are generated from are two files that an automated test compares value by value, and it runs on every change we push. Change one without the other and it fails there — so the figure you plan with is the figure you are charged.
There is no commission and no per-ticket cut anywhere in the price list. Your registration income is yours; card and PayPal transaction fees are charged to you by the provider, at their published rates.
Integrations, custom extensions and data migrations are quoted separately and named as such — never folded into a per-participant rate that grows with your event. The cost guide lists the costs that sit outside any vendor’s price list, including ours.
